This Cole & Mason Mill Set is made from forest-stained beech wood in a contemporary capstan design, this Derwent set comprises a pair of gourmet precision salt and pepper mills.  Pre selected settings enable the user to simply twist the collar on the Derwent pepper mill to achieve either fine or coarse grinds during or after cooking.
