This 13cm Fluted Santoku knife forms part of the Equilibrium range by Rockingham Forge. Each item in this collection features a high-quality chromium-molybdenum-vanadian steel which has been ice-hardened for long lasting sharpness and rust resistance. The knife-edge is hand-finished with taper-grinding for sharper cutting action and also a curved design handle for a more comfortable and easy grip. Perfect for slicing, mincing and chopping vegetables. The fluted edge stops tearing and ripping during cutting.
